If you are a Mossy Oak licensee, retailer, dealer, decorator or a service organization for one of these – you are eligible to become a member of www.mossyoak.com/basecamp. If you do not fall into one of these categories, but would like to become a member, please contact the licensee, retailer or decorator that you are associated with and have them discuss your situation with their account representative.
Will I be charged for items I download from this site?
No. The Mossy Oak Base Camp for Partners site is FREE OF CHARGE. This site is part of Mossy Oak’s new partner program. The site has been designed to supply you with information and tools to help you grow your business more efficiently and effectively. Our goal was to put all of this information in one place so you would not have to waste time searching for tools you need to marketing your products.
How do I set up my account?
Simply fill out the online account form to set up your account. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your account activation status.
I received a message that my account could not be activated. What should I do?
Please contact your Mossy Oak account representative and explain your situation. They will let you know the steps you will need to take in order to have your account activated.
Once I log onto the site, I am having trouble viewing the images. Some of the screens are not viewing correctly. What should I do?
The Mossy Oak Base Camp for Partners site was developed to run on a Windows format. If you are working on a Macintosh, this is the cause of your problem. Download files and the functionality of the site will be fine. The problems that you are having are screen visuals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I access my Mossy Oak Base Camp account from any computer, anywhere at anytime?
Yes, however, this site was designed for Windows platform. If you are working from a Macintosh, you may notice fragmented files on your screen. The download will still function fine.
I am a licensee or dealer of Mossy Oak products and am not listed on your licensee/dealer locator. How can I add my information?
Email your information to us at basecampinfo@mossyoak.com and we will post it to the site as soon as possible.
I am interested in becoming a Mossy Oak Licensee, Retailer or Decorator. What should I do?
Simply click on the Licensee section on the home page and download the licensing application that is found in the lower left column. Fill this out and send it to one of the phone numbers listed on the application.
I would like to request sponsorship/donations from Mossy Oak. Who do I contact?
Requests for sponsorship or donations should be submitted in writing and mailed to:

The request should include the following information:
Name of Event/Organization
Contact person with street address and e-mail address which responses can be mailed
Date, description and location of event
Estimated attendance and demographic make up of the audience
History of the event and attendance/contributions from previous year
All other event sponsors
Opportunities for Mossy Oak to be included on advertisements and or promotional materials
Specific details and values of ads and promotional opportunities as well as sponsorship levels
All requests must be received by the Marketing Department 6 – 8 weeks prior to the date of the event to ensure proper and timely handling.

Where can I find some of Mossy Oak’s earlier patterns?
With changes in technology, Mossy Oak strives to improve its patterns to be more realistic and effective. As a result, our licensing partners develop products using the latest Mossy Oak designs. Consumer demand is more prominent with the newest patterns; therefore the earlier patterns are no longer reproduced on various products.
I need a larger pattern file or different format than the ones provided on the site. Is it possible for me to get one? If so, where?
Yes, Mossy Oak Marketing Department will be more than happy to supply you with larger files. Please send your request to mossyoakmarketing@mossyoak.com. Please specify which pattern you need, file format, dpi, and approximate size. Include an address that you would like for your dvd or cd to be sent to.
I need a larger effectiveness file or different format than the ones provided on the site. Is it possible for me to get one? If so, where?
Yes, Mossy Oak Marketing Department will be more than happy to supply you with larger files. Please send your request to mossyoakmarketing@mossyoak.com. Please specify which pattern you need, file format, dpi, approximate size and vertical or horizontal format. Please include a shipping address for your Mossy Oak dvd or cd.
Will you update the effectiveness shots that are in the Royalty-Free Image section of the site?
Yes. We will update these images several times a year. If you do not see an image that will work for your needs, please send us an email with your request. Please send the request to mossyoakmarketing@mossyoak.com.
Can I copy a download and send it to one of my vendors?
Yes, if you are a licensee, retailer or dealer, you have the right to send digital files to your vendors for your projects, as long as the vendor abides by the rules of the Mossy Oak Standards Guide.

What is your return policy?
If for whatever reason our product doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. We suggest using UPS for returning merchandise.
